Julia Heslin​​​​

Julia is an associate at RebuttalPR, with a passion for crafting strategic communications and fostering impactful media relationships. She thrives at the intersection of storytelling and strategy, helping clients build their presence.

Before joining RebuttalPR, Julia worked as a Communications Coordinator at RH Strategic in Washington, D.C. Starting as a fellow, she quickly demonstrated her expertise and transitioned into a full-time role. There, she led media monitoring and coverage analysis while securing placements in local, trade, and national outlets for clients spanning from healthcare, technology, cybersecurity, and the public sector. Julia also developed and managed a wide array of media relations materials, from pitches and press releases to award submissions and social media content, coordinating deliverables across up to five account teams.

Julia’s communications journey began at the College of Charleston, where she was a Martin Scholar. This selective program introduced her to top communications professionals in Atlanta, Washington, D.C., New York City, and Charleston. During her time at the College of Charleston, she gained hands-on experience interning for the School of Business and the marketing department, driving creative social media campaigns, crafting digital marketing strategies, and contributing to The College Today magazine.

Julia is a proud graduate of the College of Charleston and lives in South Jersey.
