Kira Ley

Kira is an Associate at RebuttalPR, where she thrives at the intersection of strategy and communications. She is passionate about turning complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives and executing media strategies that elevate brands, build credibility, and drive meaningful impact.

Prior to joining RebuttalPR, Kira supported media relations and marketing initiatives in both agency and in-house roles, helping secure coverage for diverse client accounts. She also served as a Communications Assistant at The Ohio Technology Consortium, a statewide organization advancing technology infrastructure, higher education, and workforce development initiatives across Ohio.

Kira earned her B.A. in Strategic Communications from The Ohio State University, where she was active in the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) and The PRactice, the university’s student-run public relations firm.

Kira currently resides in Chicago, Illinois.
