Jillian has spent over 10 years working in revenue-generating roles, with a primary focus on non-profit organizations. She brings a relationship-driven mindset to her work, prioritizing thoughtful interactions and authentic engagement with donors and partners.

Her commitment to the core values that drive RebuttalPR’s work is evident through her experience, including her previous role as Senior Major Gifts Officer at Public Justice. There, she helped design systems to sustain and grow contributions revenue, rebuilt their Corporate Partnerships program, and collaborated with the team to prospect, prepare, and execute successful events and networking opportunities.

Before joining Public Justice, Jillian worked with several non-profits dedicated to ensuring justice and fair access for all. She worked on the major gifts team at City Harvest, led annual fund activities at Immigration Equality, organized special events at Ars Nova, and worked in corporate, government, and foundation giving at the Public Theater. She has worked in all areas of fundraising at organizations with budgets ranging from $2M to $100M.
