Amaya Mikolič-Berrios

Amaya Mikolič-Berrios is an associate at RebuttalPR who is driven by the belief that strategic storytelling can shape public discourse, empower voices, and meaningfully influence social outcomes.

Before joining RebuttalPR, Amaya conducted research as a Fellow at Northwestern University’s Buffett Institute, where she analyzed and developed equitable language curriculum and presented her findings at a national academic conference. She has also served as Creative Writing Editor for North by Northwestern, overseeing media outreach and publicity campaigns, as well as managing the full editorial process from pitch to publication.

During her time at Northwestern University, Amaya was awarded grant funding for independent research and worked with the international NGO EcoSwell, contributing to environmental policy and communications strategy. Her background blends research, editorial judgement, and mission-centered storytelling.

Amaya graduated with honors from Northwestern University with a B.A. in Political Science and English. She is based in New York City.
