Dipisha Kckhatri

Dipisha is an Associate at RebuttalPR, passionate about helping mission-driven clients translate complex issues into compelling narratives that drive meaningful impact. With a background in global policy, diplomacy, and strategic communications, she brings a thoughtful, globally informed approach to public relations and advocacy.

Prior to joining RebuttalPR, Dipisha worked at the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration and at the U.S. Embassy in Budapest, where she supported media strategy, digital diplomacy campaigns, and refugee policy initiatives. In addition, Dipisha has served as an advocate on Bhutanese refugee issues, speaking at the United Nations and participating in White House roundtables. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in Global Security.

Dipisha currently resides in Columbus, OH.
